Kunwei高精度マイクロレンジ6次元ジョイント荷重校正検出システムが実用化

The six-dimensional joint loading calibration detedtion system KC650A has been put into use on January 9,2023, which is developed for micro range transducer by 昆偉科技.

KC650A is mainly used for calibration and detection of F/T sensor in 0~30N measurement range. It services some industries that has demand in small range and high precision for six axis load cell, which including chip manufacturing, precision assembly, 3C detedtion, surgical robots, diagnostic equipment and scientific experiments etc.

KC650A can accurately apply orthogonal three-direction force and three-direction torque to the calibrated or detected sensor in any proportion at the same time. So we can optimize the calibration and detection sample space according to the structure and characteristic of different transducers, and use KC650A to fully excite the nonlinear mechanical behavior characteristics of the force torque sensor, so as to obtain the optimal decoupling algorithm, and finally achieve the measurement effect of high efficiency and high accuracy and precision. After full verification, the accuracy(including crosstalk) of Kunwei micro-range sensor calibrated with KC650A can reach 0.2%FS, and the precision can reach 0.1%FS.
