In its report entitled ‘The Second World Humanoid Robot Games Come to a Close: Humanoid Robots Reach a New Starting Point’, the Beijing Daily specifically highlighted Kunwei Technology’s technical contributions to the Games: ‘Kunwei Technology provided force control technology for the event. In terms of production capacity, as of the end of June 2026, the company’s annual production capacity for six-axis force sensors had reached 60,000 units, with an annual target of 120,000 units; next-day delivery is available in the East China region. National Standards Developers: Defining the Industry’s ‘Force Perception Scale’

As the lead drafting organisation, Kunwei Technology took the lead in drafting the national standard GB/T 43199-2023, ‘Testing Specifications for Multi-Axis Force/Torque Sensors for Robots’. This standard came into force on 1 April 2024 and falls under the remit of the National Technical Committee on Robotics Standardisation (SAC/TC 591).

This standard fills a gap in the domestic testing standards for multi-axis force sensors used in robotics. Prior to its publication, there were even instances in the market where testing methods designed for one-axis force sensors were being used to test six-axis force sensors, making it impossible to objectively evaluate core technical indicators. Drawing on over 20 years of technical expertise, Kunwei has driven the standardisation of industry testing, establishing a unified national standard for the ‘force sensing benchmark’.
