On March 26, 2025, the ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition, a flagship event for the manufacturing sector, grandly commenced at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Baoan). Display of Products Performance
Currently the industry standard for cross-talk tolerance typically ranges between 2–2.5%FS, While Kunwei’s six-axis force sensors achieve an exceptional 0.5% FS accuracy (including cross-talk). These sensors enable real-time measurement and output of three-dimensional forces and torques, addressing critical demands from clients requiring high torque capacity with low force sensitivity. Featuring a sealed cable outlet design, the sensors maintain robust protection (IP-rated) even in harsh operating environments. Currently, they are widely adopted in applications such as cutting and grinding, precision machining, and aerospace systems.
Force Control Scenarios Demonstration
Kunwei’s six axis force sensor products diameter range from 30mm to 200mm, covering a range of 20N~20KN. They can basically cover the application scenarios of humanoid robots, collaborative robots, and small load six axis industrial robots, including drag teaching, automation testing, medical testing, safety protection, automotive testing, 3C testing, cutting and polishing, aerospace and other fields.
