——Six dimensional force sensor in automobile, machine tool and robot industries
With the development of the technology of sensitive components, the Six Axis Force/Torque Transducer also came into being. Later, it was gradually applied to many scientific and technological fields such as automobile testing, biomechanics and robotics. Of course, in different application fields, the product form and technical characteristics of the six-axis force torque sensor also have great differences.

The six-axis force measurement technology is actually a platform technology. According to the different requirements of the environment, load, installation, communication, computing power and dynamic characteristics of the application scenario, the six-axis force sensor reflects different product forms in different industries. In addition to its many forms, the six-axis force sensor is also very difficult to develop. It is not a simple superposition of three one-dimensional force sensors and three torque sensors. Its nonlinear mechanical characteristics are obvious. It is necessary to consider the temperature drift, creep, cross interference, real-time data processing of multi-channel signals, and the complexity of six-axis joint loading and calibration. The technical difficulty of six-axis force sensors can be described as the sixth power of the difficulty of load cell/force sensors. We will make a special topic later to introduce these technical details in detail.
