Seminar Communication | Improve the Multi-component Force Calibration System, Ensure the Development of Robot Intelligent Technology

Recently, Sun Junli, Deputy General Manager of Changzhou Kunwei Sensing Technology Co., Ltd., visited Zhejiang Institute of Metrology, along with Zhang Zhimin, Director of the National Force, Hardness, and Gravity Measurement Technology Committee, Researcher at the China Institute of Metrology, and his team, Li Chao, Founder/CTO of Yunshen Technology, and Li Haigen, General Manager of Kent. Discussed the application of multi-component force sensors in the field of robotics.

Before the meeting, everyone visited the metrology science popularization hall, force and torque measurement standard devices including 1MN static weight force standard device, 30MN superimposed force standard

device, 50kNm and 120kNm high torque standard devices and others.

At the meeting, Sun Junli, Deputy General Manager of Kunwei Technology, and Director Zhang Zhimin had a discussion on the calibration methods of multi componet force sensor and establishment of force data traceability systems. Sun Junli introduced and discussed the relationship between robot technology and six part force sensors, the technology and applications of six axist force sensor, and the calibration technology of six axis force sensor.

This seminar communication deepened the relationship between Kunwei Technology and Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Metrology and National Institute of Metrology, clarified the traceability requirements for multi-dimensional dynamic complex force values in the field of robotics, and is conducive to improving the establishment of a measurement standard system for multi-component force sensors.
